Getting Started is Super Easy!
Every project is unique and that is how we treat them, but the overall process for booking our services is similar for both photo sessions and video projects. The first step is up to you!
Booking a Photo Session or Video Project
Send us a message and tell us a little about your project. We will send you a response with our service rate sheet, a contract and a calendar invite for a short digital pow wow via google meet to chat about your project (if needed). Videos are often complex, so we will provide a custom all inclusive quote with a contract. Once the contract is signed, a filming date will be selected according to the clients availability.
Once we complete the shoot we will provide watermarked digital proofs of the files to be approved by the client. Upon approval we will deliver the final files via an online file sharing platform along with an invoice to be paid. The invoice will reflect the original amount quoted unless additional work was requested after the initial meeting.
Our goal is to create a hassle-free experience for our clients. A big component of that is clearly outlining our processes and communicating with our clients every step of the way and making sure they love the final results!
